Melt blown Puromelt

AFIMO has 2 production lines for the manufacture of our range Puromelt®.
The method is based on the processing of polypropylene beads fiber. The principle is a hot expulsion of these fibers on a rotary axis, describing the extrusion phenomenon. With specific tools, we easily adapt the settings to produce different diameters and lengths cartridges.

Our raw material is  100% pure polypropylene FDA approved.
Our range Puromelt is certified ACS, Sanitary Conformity Certification, french regulation for drinking water, please contact us for ID certification.
