AFIMO has now 3 production lines for the manufacture of our Carbofilter® cartridges.
The process is the principle of sintering a binder with carbon media in grain or powder. The machine extrudes then the whole block up to 50 ''. Each block is cooled then cut to the specified length.

AFIMO guarantees the choice of its raw material granular or powdered charcoal, NSF 61 certified by the manufacturer.
Manufacture each Carbofilter meets strict and repeatable specifications of production.
